This is a vital role in supporting our continued success, where you'll work closely with patients and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction, improve retention rates, and help shape an exceptional customer journey.
Proactively follow up with patients who may be at risk of leaving or disengaging
Identify opportunities to re-engage patients through tailored communication and support
Collaborate with clinical, customer care, and marketing teams to improve the patient journey
Support and contribute to team initiatives and process improvements
Experience in customer service, account management or retention-based roles
