The Role
This role is focused on supplying schools across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, so experience in education recruitment is essential - specifically in registering teachers and teaching assistants and supplying staff to schools.

Key Responsibilities:
* Developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing school relationships
* Attracting, interviewing, and registering high-quality teachers and support staff
* Becoming an expert in the education market across the Birmingham region
* Understanding the individual staffing needs of each school and providing tailored solutions
* Working collaboratively with a team who value support and shared success
About You
* Must have at least 12 months experience within Education Recruitment dealing with schools and candidates
* Confident, outgoing, and highly organised
* Experienced in building strong relationships with school leaders and education staff
* Motivated by success and financially driven
* Resilient, competitive, and eager to be the best
* Skilled in communication - both written and verbal
* A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Willing to learn and grow within a supportive team culture
