Duties
* Customer service & administration
* Inbound and Outbound calls to clients and customers
* Transferring calls to the relevant departments
* Data entry on to bespoke company systems
* Liaise with internal departments to distribute information as required.
* Support the Management with any other required administration duties
* Liaise with Drivers
* Ensure effective and efficient use of vehicle resources
Skills Required
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Must have previous administrator experience, minimum 2 years experience
* Transport experience is desirable but not essential
