* Managing all elements of hard services at a large single site for plant and equipment
* Leading an on-site team of engineers
* Overseeing all PPM and reactive maintenance
* Budget management of core and additional works
* Ensuring HSE compliance including risk management
* Sub‑contractor management including selection and monitoring
* Leading the site induction programme and toolbox talks
* Acting as key point of contact for all technical matters
You will have a proven track record within building services working for an FM provider or M+E contractor. IOSH is essential for the role. Good knowledge of leading and sub‑contractor teams is also important and ONC/HNC level within a building services/engineering discipline is also preferable.
