What you’ll do • Deliver the people plan and support change activity • Coach managers and build leadership capability • Lead day-to-day people initiatives that drive performance • Support performance, reward, talent and succession processes • Drive colleague engagement and positive culture • Analyse people metrics and spot trends • Support projects and change activity • Advise on ER cases, including complex matters and settlements • Ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR What you’ll bring • Experience as a People Advisor / HR Advisor • Strong knowledge of UK employment law • Multi-site or fast-paced environment experience (retail ideal) • CIPD Level 5 or working towards (or equivalent) • Full UK driving licence • Confident, resilient, able to challenge respectfully • Strong coaching, influencing and relationship-building skills Ideal for someone immediately available and ready to hit the ground running...
