This Investment Management Firm is seeking to hire a proactive individual with a passion for developing a career in Office Management.
Responsibilities:
* Manage office supplies, including healthy and organic food/beverages
* Organize office lunch deliveries
* Coordinate IT and telecoms with team members
* Liaise with suppliers and contractors for property maintenance
* Manage meeting room bookings
* Process incoming and outgoing mail
* Support Directors and colleagues
* Provide holiday cover for the executive assistant
* Plan and coordinate team events
* Handle invoicing
Work schedule: 5 days a week, entire August working from home, hours 8AM - 6PM, with free lunches.
