Property Manager/Administrator Overview: My client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Maintenance & Administration Coordinator to support the lettings team with day-to-day operations. This role includes - * Managing property maintenance requests * Preparing tenancy contracts * Handling deposits, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
