Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to assist in a hotel based in Maidstone, Kent.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Managing your designated section with confidence and precision.
• Supervising and supporting junior chefs, offering guidance and on-the-job training.
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and organisation within your section.
• Ensuring all dishes are cooked to order and delivered on time.
• Managing stock levels and ordering.
• Communicating effectively with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Upholding strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Operating and caring for kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
32 or 40 hours per week, worked over 4–5 days.
