About the Role We are seeking a proactive and digitally fluent Marketing Manager to lead social engagement and digital community-building strategies across key B2B platforms. This role will focus on nurturing professional communities, cultivating trust with decision-makers, and converting social interactions into high-quality sales leads. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to support growth objectives and build brand authority. Key Responsibilities: Grow and manage professional B2B communities (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, industry forums) Engage decision-makers and influencers to drive brand visibility and trust Execute content-led strategies to generate and qualify leads Create engaging, value-led copy for social posts, emails, and content pieces to drive lead generation and conversion. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems to identify opportunities Report and optimize lead generation KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline health) Align content strategy with account-based marketing campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to create thought leadership, insights, and case studies Follow up on high-intent leads with targeted outreach, including occasional phone calls to qualify interest. About the Ideal Candidate You are a strategic communicator and digital connector with a passion for driving business relationships through content, conversation, and insight. You know how to turn engagement into opportunity and are excited about shaping community-led lead generation in the energy-tech space. Key Skills & Attributes: Degree or equivalent professional experience Proven B2B lead generation experience, especially via social channels Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant B2B industry, with a strong focus on lead generation and client engagement. Background in the energy or clean tech sector (e.g., EV charging, solar, battery) is a strong advantage.
