HR Advisor – Future Talent Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team in London, based near Oxford Circus. Working closely with graduates and their teams, this role contributes to our high APC (assessment of professional competence) pass rate and fantastic reputable experience for our graduates. This is a permanent position based in the Graduate Programme HR team requiring high levels of self‑motivation and drive.
Role Overview
You will work alongside Senior Leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance Directors, Line managers and Graduates to ensure the effective delivery of an award winning UK graduate programme of which approx. 130 graduates are recruited for each year. We work closely as a team, partnering with our colleagues across all HR functions and in particular for this role, alongside the Future Talent Development Team.
This role occasionally involves travel within the UK and overnight stays when required.
Experience
This role would suit someone with a couple of years experience as a HR Assistant looking to step up or someone with 1 year experience as a HR Advisor.
