Customer Service Advisor (Nights)
Salary: £31,208 per year + benefits
Hours: 4 nights from 7pm to 7am, followed by 4 days off, then repeat

Purpose of the role
Working within the transport control team, booking and managing transport services for customers in line with contractual obligations and company policies. This B2B role involves handling calls from organizations requiring transport assistance, such as airlines, rail companies, and private firms, emphasizing professionalism and rapport-building.
Main Duties
* Respond to operational customer requirements by booking emergency transport services within agreed pricing
* Manage and monitor all transport services using internal systems
* Record and escalate issues impacting safety or timeliness, adhering to KPIs
* Communicate effectively with Coordinators during operations
* Liaise with external agencies (emergency services, Network Rail, DVSA, authorities, airlines)
* Manage standby vehicles and drivers, recording changes
