Our client is a specialist electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and the South East. They focus primarily on Cat A and Cat B office schemes, working with leading main contractors and end users on projects up to £2 million in value. The team is passionate, experienced, and committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of electrical installation. They are now looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team and take the lead on commercial fit out schemes taking them from pre-construction to delivery and handover. The Role As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the electrical package on a major M&E project. You will work closely with consultants, the main contractor, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of the electrical package from pre-construction to handover Review and validate tender information Oversee design development and coordination with consultants and clients Manage procurement of major plant and subcontract packages Programme works Coordinate and manage all electrical trade contractors on site Drive project profitability, with regular commercial reporting to the Contracts Manager Lead internal and external progress meetings Oversee commissioning phases and ensure successful project handover to the client What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident and capable project leader with a strong background in electrical contracting and commercial fit-outs. You’ll have a proven track record managing electrical packages, ideally within office sectors.
