Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Face-to-Face Team Leader to join our growing sales and fundraising team. In this role, you'll lead a group of dedicated representatives working in residential areas and pre-booked venues, inspiring the public to sign up for our partner charities/products.
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for driving performance, supporting team members with coaching and training, and ensuring professional representation of the brand at all times. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support a team of face-to-face representatives in the field
* Drive sales/fundraising performance and consistently meet or exceed targets
* Deliver training, coaching, and feedback to help team members succeed
* Represent our charity partners/products with professionalism, energy, and integrity
* Ensure accurate reporting of daily activity and customer information
* Work closely with management to grow and develop the team
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in face-to-face sales, fundraising, or team leadership
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
* Excellent communication and people management abilities
