Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and passionate Chefs to join our dynamic BOH team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a real passion for cooking to showcase their creativity in a fast-paced - high volume environment.
Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of fresh Italian dishes according to established recipes and company standards
* Daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to food safety regulations
* Complete prep jobs and prepare/make dishes to meet service times and quality standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety guidelines
* Ensure proper storage of ingredients and manage inventory levels efficiently inline with Food Safety regulations and company standards
Requirements
* Proven passion and experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting
* High energy level to help inspire other teams members and to keep morale in the working enviorment
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and organise a team
* Excellent organisational and communicational skills with attention to detail in food presentation, quality control and shift running efficiency
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and management
* Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential
