What you will do:
* Conduct assessments of children and families to identify their needs and ensure their safety and well-being.
* Develop and implement tailored care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
* Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective child protection interventions.
* Provide expert guidance and support to families, carers, and other agencies.
* Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory guidelines.
* Participate in case conferences, court proceedings, and other relevant meetings.
Requirements:
* Must be registered with Social Work England.
* Possess a Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
* Have recent UK experience working as a Social Worker with children and families in the statutory sector.
