* Audit and align UK and global contract templates with corporate standards and local legislation.
* Review senior and executive contracts, ensuring compliance and appropriate restrictions.
* Map and optimise the full offer-to-contract workflow, eliminating bottlenecks and errors.
* Collaborate across HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business units to implement sustainable improvements.
* Redesign the contract template storage system for better accessibility and version control.
