Perform routine administrative duties, including maintaining project files and filing quality records.
Manage procurement of construction materials and hardware.
Handle general administrative tasks such as monitoring and backing up project WhatsApp groups, processing materials RMA, checking attendance via the time management system, and managing claim forms.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the project team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (electronic and paper) for quick retrieval.
Update and maintain databases for stock control records, schedules, and VO/SOI with precision.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
Assist in preparing project reports and submissions to clients.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by project management.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of admin or clerical working experience
* Proficient in MS Office Application
* Able to work at Site Location at Alexandra
