About The Role
As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be required to work on planned Traffic Management Schemes on the Thames Water contract.
Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire (Depot location)
Hours: 50 hours per week 07:00–17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Salary: base rate £32,500 + average overtime OTE £42,250 per annum + additional loyalty bonuses in first 12 months up to £550
Overtime is paid at 1.5.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside another TM Operative carrying out methods of traffic management utilising M1 & M2 certificates
* Two Way Set ups
* Road Closures
* Accurate photographs must be taken for reporting of work carried out using the Tablet supplied
* Carry out risk assessments and method statements
* Carry out daily vehicle checks, responsible for Vehicle Cleanliness
* Liaising with general public and directing them through safe site lines as required
Experience and Qualifications
* M1 & M2 Lantra
* Driving licence
* IT literate
