These are exciting permanent teaching opportunities for September 2026, ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are committed to making a real impact.

About the Role – Primary School Teacher (KS1/KS2)
As a primary school teacher at Windwhistle Primary School, you will:
1. Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
2. Inspire pupils through creative, inclusive and engaging lessons
3. Secure high outcomes for all learners, including those with additional needs
4. Meet and exceed the Teachers’ Standards
5. Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge across the whole school
6. Use a wide range of effective pedagogical approaches
7. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
8. Contribute to the wider life, culture and success of the school
9. Provide both challenge and support to ensure pupil progress
10. Act as a positive role model, influencing pupils’ attitudes, values and learning behaviours
