The Role
We're in an exciting period of growth and looking for an experienced, dynamic Delivery Manager to join our team. You'll lead multiple complex technology projects, working at pace with cross-functional teams of talented professionals.
This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You'll have real influence over outcomes and will help deliver outstanding digital products across a range of industries.
Responsibilities
* Lead and shape delivery engagements across all lifecycle phases from ideation, discovery through delivery and into support and maintenance.
* Own overall project timelines and track/report progress against key milestones (across time, budget & quality), escalating effectively where necessary.
* Manage commercial outcomes, budgets and risks in line with a statement of work.
* Define, tailor, and implement delivery methodologies for managing large-scale, highly complex initiatives.
* Pro-actively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and transparent communication.
* Actively seek out and resolve complexity and remove blockers to support your team in overcoming challenges.
* Navigate and resolve conflicts where needed.
* Keep a clear record of decisions and action items.
* Organise and facilitate key meetings like steering groups, and quarterly partnership reviews as well as standard agile ceremonies.
* Provide constructive input and challenge to stakeholders to ensure best outcomes.
* Maintain a delivery and outcomes mindset, always focused on the end goals.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has recent experience in a digital or software delivery environment and can offer:
* Proven project/delivery management experience.
* A recognised Delivery certification such as Scrum, SAFE, MSP, PMP etc.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent organisational and planning abilities with a capacity to multitask effectively.
* An ability to handle ambiguity and navigate complex environments to coalesce the client and our teams around a solution.
* A proactive mindset and confidence in owning project deliverables.
* The ability to juggle competing priorities and remain focused under pressure.
* And most importantly… a sense of humour (or a cute pet – ideally both).
