A market leading organisatin in the Tech4Good space requires a Software Development Manager to joins its growing and successful team!


Suitable candidates will have the folloiwng experience:


* Strong commercial experience in software development using C# .NET, coupled with circa 2 years experience in a leadership/managment role.
* Experience leading technical decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and the abilities to convey concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable with git version control.
* Process driven.
* Flexible approach and positive attitude.
* Experience with at least two of the following requirements:
* ORM (NHibernate, Entity Framework, etc.)
* SQL Server or other relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
* DevExpress components. Desirable
* Familiar with developer tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.


Duties will include the folloiwng:


1. Leading two software development teams and helping to drive projects forward.
2. Managing and mentoring software developers.
