Main Responsibilities The Supervisor is critical in managing daily tasks, quality assurance, and compliance: Operational Oversight: Support the Catering Managers in managing and directing the kitchen team to ensure a consistently fantastic dining experience for students and staff. Inventory & Control: Assist the Catering Managers with essential ordering, stock control, and inventory management to maintain operational efficiency. Culinary Support: Support the team in the preparation of delicious, nutritious meals of the highest quality, using fresh and sustainable ingredients. Compliance Champion: Guarantee full adherence to the highest standards of Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, and Allergen management protocols. Team Mentorship: Assist the Catering Managers in providing guidance and supportive leadership to the team, fostering a positive and high-performing environment. Client Relations: Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients and customers, representing our service brand on-site. Ideal Candidate We seek a driven individual who is eager to progress and shares our passion for maintaining the highest standards of food and service: A natural, positive leader who can effectively support team direction and demonstrate exceptional teamwork. Possess exceptional Customer Service skills and a dedication to service excellence. Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team is strongly preferred.
