What’s in it for you? * Work hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm * Salary: Up to £24,000 pro rata, plus an uncapped target-based bonus * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Birthday leave * Christmas closure * Holiday Buy Back scheme * Funded training * Volunteering programme * Early finish incentives * Long service awards Part-Time Telesales Executive Responsibilities: * Support regional Account Managers with sales activity * Generate business by making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads * Maximise opportunities by understanding customer needs * Build rapport and liaise with decision-makers, representing yourself and the business in a professional manner * Passing leads to appropriate departments * Maintain a comprehensive CRM system, updating with sales activity and potential leads Part-Time Telesales Executive Skills and Experience: * Previous telesales experience is essential * Professional and engaging telephone manner * Clear communicator, able to foster relationships * Strong administration skills, able to work on and cleanse a database * Tenacious and target-drive, with experience of meeting and exceeding targets * Determined and vibrant with a positive attitude and a hunger to earn and succeed
