About The School
Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training program delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with essential skills to work as a Teaching Assistant - SEND.
Teaching Assistants are vital for the smooth operation of schools. Effective Assistants have excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children's daily needs, building relationships with staff, children, and families.
The role varies by school: supporting class teachers, running small group interventions, or working 1:1 to meet children's needs.
Requirements
* Passion for supporting and helping children
* Dedication to improving outcomes for children
* Willingness to complete training and ongoing CPD
* Willingness to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service

Salary
£13.68 per day
Salary depends on experience, training, or qualifications. Basic requirements include:
