Contract Type: Flexible (Full-time/Part-time/Ad-hoc)

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, following lesson plans where provided.
* Ensure students are engaged and learning in a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
* Maintain consistent standards of behavior, managing the classroom in a professional manner.
* Support students of varying abilities, ensuring that their individual needs are met during your lessons.
* Provide feedback on student progress to relevant staff members, if required.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Has recent teaching experience in a primary or secondary school setting (ideally).
* Is flexible, reliable, and confident in adapting to different teaching environments.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
* Has a positive, proactive attitude and is capable of working independently.
