You're a hardworking and dedicated individual looking to working within a Front of House Receptionist environment for our care home in West Cowes .
As Receptionist/Administrator you'll be responsible for providing vital support to the Home Manager whilst also being the companies receptionist providing the first point of contact for visitors to the company.
Responsibilities as Receptionist/Administrator:
* Greeting visitors to the business, offering them tea and coffee; representing the company at all times
* Answering phone calls, directing calls accordingly to the appropriate member of staff
* Assisting the Home Manager with any ad hoc tasks; writing letters and emails with frequent confidential matter involved
Skills as Receptionist/Administrator:
* Previous experience working within a Receptionist, Administration or PA role
* Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
* A trustworthy individual; having access to confidential information and understanding the importance of keeping this private
* An organised individual with excellent time management skill and the ability to prioritise workloads through effective planning
* A quick learner who has the ability to use their initiative; working well individually as well as in a team
