Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA)

Pay Rate: £90 – £130 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

A thriving school in Romford is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates considering a future in teaching or education, offering valuable classroom experience and professional development.
Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning.
* Provide support for students with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum.
* Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Contribute to the wider school community by supporting extracurricular activities where required.
Requirements for Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA):
* A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
* Passionate about education and making a positive impact on pupils’ learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps explained.
