2. Average bonus of around £6,000 per year
3. Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm
4. Alternate Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis

Duties of the Service Advisor:
7. Welcome customers into the service department with professionalism and courtesy
8. Gather and prepare job cards efficiently
9. Keep customers informed about vehicle service progress and explain any findings clearly
10. Upsell services, warranties, and additional work where appropriate
11. Invoicing and processing customer payments accurately
12. Handle customer queries via phone and online communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements of this Service Advisor role:
13. Minimum of one year experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a main dealership environment.
14. Proficient in Kerridge and familiar with a busy service department workflow
15. Excellent customer service and communication skills
16. Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
17. A passion for the automotive industry and delivering excellent customer experiences
