Job Summary and key responsibilities: The Lettings Training Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and enhancement of training courses within the Lettings Division. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training initiatives that align with our strategic objectives and foster employee growth and development across the Lettings teams. Key Responsibilities: Training Course Development: Design and develop comprehensive training courses tailored to meet the needs of different lettings teams across the group. Consult with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online resources. Training Delivery and Facilitation: Deliver training sessions either in-person or virtually, ensuring content is effectively communicated and understood by participants. Utilise various training methods and techniques to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes. Support the co-ordination of logistics and resources required for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and technology setup. Performance Evaluation: Develop assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and gather feedback from participants. Review training evaluation data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance training quality and impact. Training Administration: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback for reporting and compliance purposes. Manage training budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently to maximise ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of lettings training specialists and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the group, promoting professional growth opportunities for employees. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with lettings department heads,, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for training initiatives and ensure alignment with group goals. What are we looking for: CIPD certification in Training and Development preferred Proven experience in designing, delivering, and managing training courses within a corporate or organisational setting. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire and enthuse diverse audiences. Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of training professionals. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), multimedia authoring tools, and other training technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
