Customer Service Team Leader needed in Bath, £19.81ph PAYE - Reference: 5298741 Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5pm Friday 8.30 to 430pm Some Saturday working will be required – we will agree with person as and when To supervise and develop a team (typically a small specialist team or a medium sized team engaged in similar work) focused on delivering efficient services to meet well-defined deliverables, whilst ensuring budget management, cost effectiveness and supporting maximum financial reward. This role operates under the direction of a manager. Leading, coaching and inspiring your team to be the best they can be. Supporting your team to deliver excellent, customer-focused service. Managing workloads, reprioritising where needed to respond to emerging issues or demands Working collaboratively with all Customer Services teams to deliver a truly joined up service across all our locations. Managing performance, supporting development, and keeping morale high—even during times of change. Handling recruitment, onboarding and induction like a pro. Making sure our customers—especially those who are vulnerable—get the support they need, when they need it. Driving service improvements and spotting opportunities to make things better, faster, and more efficient. Collaborating with other teams and partners to keep things running smoothly. This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
