Details:
Our client is looking to appoint a Bookkeeper on a part time basis for approximately 4 hours per week. Working hours can be done in the office and from home to suit.
Duties include:
1. Input and reconciliation of accounts using Sage Financial Software.
2. Bank account reconciliations.
3. Preparation of VAT returns.
4. Reconciling the purchase ledger and dealing with supplier queries.
5. Raising and forwarding sales invoices.
6. Payroll administration.
7. Updating accurate and up to date files.
8. Ensuring all records are input and reconciled accurately and within data regulations.
9. Liaising with the external accountants to assist with year end preparation and audit.
