Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process, maintaining regular communication and providing feedback. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture and values in all recruitment efforts. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on both active and passive candidates. Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices are in line with company policies, as well as legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: Experience: 2 years of in house experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment. Attitude: A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for finding and engaging top talent.
