Job Description
We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change & Delivery team. This role is key to supporting governance and control across our portfolio, ensuring projects run effectively and stakeholders receive the highest level of service. What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinating governance forums and reporting cycles to support effective portfolio management
* Producing and reviewing artefacts for governance forums including status reports, RAID logs and change control
* Tracking portfolio and project costs, supporting forecasts and monitoring adherence to budgets
* Supporting project documentation creation and quality checking for stage gate processes
* Leading process improvements and cost reduction initiatives to promote continuous improvement
* Supporting transitions of PMO process and tooling changes into live environments
* Coordinating user training on PMO processes and mentoring junior analysts within the team
* Implementing governance and reporting for changes impacting customers to meet key checkpoints
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Previous experience working in a PMO environment, ideally embedded within a portfolio
* Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
* Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
* Ability to analyse processes, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
* Exposure to financial tracking and the ability to contextualise data for project viability
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships
* Experience coordinating governance forums and producing high-quality reports and packs
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team development
