The client is a global law firm with a highly rated Employment team in Leeds. The team deal with high value contentious and non contentious Employment work advising large corporate clients across the UK. The firm offers excellent training and flexibility.
Job Description
The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work including;
3. Providing expert advice on employment law matters to clients.
4. Managing and dealing with complex employment cases and projects.
5. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related contracts and agreements.
6. Working closely with large corporate clients across sectors such as logistics, retail and energy
7. Working closely with the Partners in the team on complex projects
8. Managing junior team members
9. Taking an key role in client relationship management
The Successful Applicant
The successful Employment Legal Director should have:
10. A track record in Employment gained from a national or international law firm
11. A history of advising large corporate clients
12. Ties to Leeds
13. An interest to work for a global law firm
14. Likely to be around 8 years PQE plus
15. Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team.
16. A client-focused approach with a track record of building relationships.

17. Salary ranging from £120,000 to £130,000.
