Job Description
Joining as a Senior Accountant - Agriculture and Landed Estates based in the firms offices in Exeter you will be responsible for planning, preparing and completing accounts as well as reviewing accounts. You will prepare tax computations, self-assessment tax returns, CGT UK property returns, trust and IHT returns, with support and training on offer to develop the technical skills on this. You will develop relationships with clients and help develop more junior members of the team. There will be opportunity to progress within this growing team and sector of the business with excellent prospects for career progression on offer.
The Successful Applicant
For this Senior Accountant - Agriculture and Landed Estates role you may be any of AAT qualified, part qualified, finalist or qualified ACA/ACCA, with up to one to years or more post qualified experience. You will have developed your career within accountancy practice over the last three years or more, working within a firm of accountants of any size preparing year end accounts, tax returns and other services. Whilst experience of dealing with agriculture/farming and landed estate clients would be advantageous, professionals only experienced working on wider, industry sector client backgrounds, are equally of interest. You will be looking for a career move with scope to progress and develop within your career post qualification with increasing responsibility, client contact and technical progression on offer.
What's on Offer
