We're looking for front‑of‑house leaders to drive sales, service, and morale in a fast‑paced coffee shop. The ideal candidate has a background leading a team in hospitality or retail.
What You’ll Do
* Make espresso and other drinks to espresso and serve quality food and drinks while ensuring your team maintains the same standards.
* Provide friendly, genuine customer service at the register and handle complaints and escalations professionally.
* Work efficiently during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
* Manage compliant cash‑up and bank drops; follow all cash‑handling, safety, and security procedures.
* Support ad‑hoc tasks from the General Manager, help train new team members, and communicate clearly and calmly during every shift.
* Maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand positively; complete daily and shift‑based cleaning, food prep, and compliance checklists.
* Keep service running smoothly and drive sales by placing and receiving stock orders to ensure full availability.
* Lead by example; motivate and train the team on behavioral standards, company policies related to attendance, timekeeping, food safety, and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
* A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
* Previous management experience within the coffee or food service industry.
