This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the rebirth of a house building operation that has vast potential. In addition to a minimum 3 years’ exposure within Land, whether that be a PLC or SME House Builder, we are looking for a rounded individual that has a strong understanding of the Planning process as well as the ability to think commercially and be able to complete development appraisals. This could ideally suit a Land Buyer looking to step up to Manager level
