Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will be to represent the Ice Cream brands portfolio on behalf of Unilever, including Ben and Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum.
As part of the Dee Set team, you will work with colleagues responsible for enhancing Unilever's ice cream brands' performance, awareness, and availability across various UK small-format grocery retailers. You will be the eyes and ears of the brand, conducting retail store visits within a defined territory, with responsibilities for driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement to increase turnover and share using our data tools.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision makers and add value to the store.
* Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
* Negotiate with store decision makers to ensure distribution and maximum availability of Unilever Ice Cream brands, increasing sales and brand awareness.
* Act as the ‘eyes and ears' for the brand and Dee Set in-store by identifying issues, opportunities, and gathering retailer and competitor intelligence.
* Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a difference for clients.
* Deliver professional and efficient store calls.
* Record and complete all information accurately on an iPad using bespoke software.

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* A great communicator who can build credible relationships in stores.

* Skilled at delivering excellent store execution results.
* Data-driven, with the ability to analyze data to drive results.
* Holder of a full, current UK manual driving license.
