Job Title: Qualified Electrician
Salary: £37,821.60 per annum
Location: On site with base in Shrewsbury
Hours: 40 hours per week, permanent
The Role
You will be joining an experienced team of Electricians and your role will involve carrying out varied aspects of electrical works, including inspection, responsive, planned, EV points and LED lighting works within domestic and commercial buildings. We will provide you with all the tools you will need to carry out your work, offer you ongoing support and development opportunities.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* BS7671 - 18th edition (Two years minimum qualified)
* Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (NVQ3) or JIB graded with AM2 qualification
* City and Guilds 2391 (desirable as qualification can be offered)
* Domestic EICR Testing and/or experience of domestic installation
* Experience of working in social housing
* Customer care skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 applications
* Experience of online certification (EasyCert) or similar
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence - you will be required to travel across our Group properties within Staffordshire and Shropshire
* Travel distance of within 1 hour of Shrewsbury

As one of our Qualified Electricians, you'll receive JIB linked rates of pay and a generous out-of-hours package of standby rate (£549.30 per week*) plus additional premium for bank holiday callouts*. We’ll supply the hand and power tools for your role as well as a company van.
