The Role
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Account Manager to lead our Account Management and Customer Support team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building strong client relationships, driving service excellence, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Customer Support Executives.
* Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Develop and implement account management strategies to support growth and scalability.
* Collaborate with operations, tech, and commercial teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Monitor KPIs and service levels, identifying areas for improvement.
* Handle escalations and complex client issues with professionalism and urgency.
* Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
* Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in business-to-business account management, client services, or customer success—ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or tech-enabled services.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
* Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.

* Experience with CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
