Your focus will be on data accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and resolving discrepancies quickly and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain. Structure:This role will report to the warehouse Manager but will have a close relationship with all other shift patterns. The ideal person:Proactive and analyticalThrives in a fast-paced environmentConfident working with stock systems, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in reportingExcellent communication skills, be confident working across departmentStrong attention to detailExperience in computer-based operations WMS an advantage Key activities and responsibilities:Co-ordinate actions from mailbox and escalate to appropriate teamResponsible for mailbox managementStationery managementScanning & emailing Daily delivery notes & manifests to the appropriate departmentsInvestigation into ongoing failed ticketsProduce and distribute daily Stats & team KPI’sCustomer CollectionsAd hoc admin tasks as requiredProvide cover for Stock Admin as required Experience and education:Previous experience in a stock control, inventory or administrative roleProficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systemsStrong numeracy and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and communication skillsGCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English; further education in business administration or logistics is an advantage Shift patternMonday to Friday 06:00 - 15:30 including 1 hour unpaid break- 42.5 hours per week23 days Holiday - increasing to 25 after 3 years
