We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience What You'll Be Doing Delivering the Site Engineering Transformation programme & managing the schedule Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies Driving standardisation and optimisation of infrastructure engineering practices across departments Establishing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact of initiatives Leading a small team of engineers Essential Your skills and experiences: Nationally recognised higher qualification in a STEM subject (or equivalent through experience), coupled with demonstrable line management capability.
