Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Mark and assess work, providing constructive feedback to support development
* Contribute to the wider English department and school life
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for English literature and language
* Experience teaching in a UK secondary school (including placements if ECT)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all students
