From day one, you will join a team that values technical excellence, innovation, safety, and continuous improvement — contributing directly to products that deliver real-world impact.About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our experienced manufacturing team.You will play an integral role in the construction, testing and production of our bespoke RF and electrical products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision are maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow technical instructions and interpret technical drawing packsInspect quality and tolerances of components prior to assemblyConvert stock materials into key componentsAssemble components using hand and power toolsInspect sub-assemblies and completed products for defects prior to testingMaintain a clean and organised work areaDocument progress and report issuesTest finished products to ensure conformanceDiagnose and rectify issues with faulty productsCollaborate with other departments to resolve issues and implement improvementsEnsure production deadlines are achievedFollow company procedures and policiesSupport other departments when requiredAbout YouYou will be technically proficient, with a background in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
