Children’s Home Manager
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 basic (OTE up to £76,500 in your first year)
Welcome Bonus: £5,000
Annual Bonus: Up to 21% of salary
Commitment Bonus: Additional £5,000 after 12 months
Annual Leave: 32 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a team to provide outstanding, trauma-informed care
Creating a safe, nurturing and empowering home environment
Driving strategic development and service improvement
Managing care planning, supervision, and staff performance
Overseeing the home’s budget and financial operations
Embedding safeguarding and compliance across the service
Acting as a positive role model for staff and residents
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role in residential children’s care
Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and care standards
Compassionate, resilient, and effective leadership style
Full UK driving licence and on-call flexibility
