Summary
£15.45 - £15.95 per hour, 40 hour contract, shifts 5am - 11pm. 30-35 days holiday (pro rata). 10% in-store discount. Enhanced family leave. What you’ll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks

* Manage operations within your Store and oversee colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
