About the Role - M3-M6 Primary Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated M3-M6 Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team from September 2025. This flexible M3-M6 Primary Teacher role offers the opportunity to work across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on school needs and your experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced M3-M6 Primary Teacher to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 3-11 in one of Barnet's most vibrant primary schools.

We are particularly looking for an experienced M3-M6 Primary Teacher who can contribute to our continued success.
What We're Looking For - M3-M6 Primary Teacher
Essential Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
2. Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools
3. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and/or EYFS Framework
4. Excellent classroom management skills across different age groups
5. Commitment to high standards and pupil achievement
6. Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
7. Flexibility to work across different key stages as required
Desirable:
8. Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
9. Knowledge of current assessment frameworks including baseline assessments
10. Additional subject specialisms or interests
11. Experience with intervention programmes and early years provision
