About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people. This role involves working with children who may have experienced trauma, or who have learning disabilities and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Your role will be crucial in ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. We have a number of Residential Support Worker opportunities available on a Temporary, Temporary - Permanent and Permanent basis, and the positions offer an immediate start for the successful applicants.
