Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Executive, joining an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Digital Marketing Campaign Executive profile:
The digital marketing campaigns lead will be responsible for reporting and reviewing performance marketing and PPC analytics to support strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, ensuring timeliness, effective budgeting, and alignment with growth plans.
* Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including search and display networks.
* Utilise Google Tag Manager to set up triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Set up and report on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and well-executed.
* Drive and measure email marketing, SEO, website optimisation, and automation efforts.
* Develop targeted content for paid and organic social campaigns, including ads, carousels, and videos.
* Manage paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring budgets, ROI, and KPIs.
* Test and optimise marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition using automations.
* Support the ongoing improvement of the acquisition strategy.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in planning and executing high-impact, B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with ROI focus.
* Hands-on skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and web content management systems.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking setup.
* Proficiency in GA4 for data-driven decision making.
* Experience managing LinkedIn paid campaigns, especially lead generation and audience building.
* Ability to manage internal relationships across various seniority levels.
* Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
