Senior Charge Nurse AA (Band 7)
Location: Kirkcaldy, Scotland
Role: permanent, full-time Senior Charge Nurse in Gynaecology, NHS Fife. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Senior Charge Nurse within Gynaecology in NHS Fife.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high standards of safe, effective and person-centred care, focusing on enhancing the patient’s experience.
* Proactively inspire and motivate others, demonstrating the ability to implement and manage change through effective leadership.
* Manage and develop the performance of a team and work effectively as part of a multi-professional / multi-agency team.
* Evidence ability to communicate and lead effectively.
Qualifications:
* Relevant theoretical knowledge and clinical experience is desirable and the ability to demonstrate clinical expertise is essential.
* Continued professional development is essential.
* Good communication and leadership skills, and evidence to manage and develop a team.
* A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
